We earn advertising and referral fees from many of the brands we rank, and those fees affect where they appear.

Top3 Mattress compares mattresses sold in Australia, and we make our money when a reader buys through one of our links. Brands pay us advertising and referral fees, and those arrangements affect which mattresses we cover and how high they sit in our rankings. Some mattresses here have no arrangement with us at all.

Every mattress is scored against the same ten published criteria, and each of the ten scores is shown alongside the total. What those criteria measure, and how the total is set, are laid out on our How we rate page. The work behind the scores is desk work: we read published specifications, warranty documents and trial terms, and cross-check them against each manufacturer's own pages. We do not buy these mattresses and sleep on them, and no score here comes from in-home testing.

We do not cover every mattress sold in Australia, and the ones we can earn a commission on are more likely to be among the ones we do cover. Prices, trial lengths and warranty terms change without notice, so check the brand's own page before you buy. A ranking here is not a guarantee about a product and not an endorsement of it. Our full terms are set out in the Terms of use.

Black Friday Mattress Sales Australia 2026

Black Friday 2026 offers from the mattresses we review, taken from each brand's own website — with the dates they run, a link to the terms, and the day we last checked.

Black Friday Cyber Monday

Updated

No brand has published a Black Friday 2026 offer yet

Each offer is added here once it is live on the brand's own website, with the dates it runs and a link to its terms. Offers come off this page once they end — or, where the brand publishes no end date, once a week has passed without us rechecking them.

A Black Friday mattress offer is worth exactly the gap between what you pay and what you would have paid in an ordinary week — and that gap is easy to misread. The offers above are listed as each brand publishes them. This guide is about reading them.

How an offer gets onto this page

Whether or not we earn a commission from a brand makes no difference to whether its offer is listed. For each offer we record:

  • Where it is published. Only offers stated on the brand's own website, or on the retailer that sells that mattress, are listed. Each one links to that page, so you can read the terms in the brand's own words.
  • When it runs. A start date if it has not started yet, and an end date where the brand publishes one. An offer comes off this page the day after it ends. Many brands only say an offer can end at any time; those are shown as having no published end date, and they stay only while we keep confirming them — an offer that goes a week without being rechecked comes off automatically.
  • When we last checked it. Offers can change while a sale is running. The date under each offer is the last time it was confirmed on the brand's site, so you can see how fresh it is.

Before Black Friday itself, the list shows the sales brands are running at the time, labelled as such rather than as Black Friday offers. We leave out a "sale" whose reference price has been on display, unchanged, for months: as the price-display guidance below explains, a sale price that runs for an extended period has effectively become the normal price.

Two things this page does not do. It does not sort offers by the size of the discount, because a bigger percentage is not the same thing as a better price. And it does not call anything the "lowest price" or the "best deal": that would need a record of every price each mattress has ever sold at, everywhere, and we do not have one.

When Black Friday falls

Australia follows the American calendar for this. Black Friday is the Friday after the fourth Thursday of November, and Cyber Monday is the Monday after that. The dates at the top of this page are worked out for the current year.

A sale does not have to stick to those days. Some start earlier in November and some run past the Monday, which is why each offer above shows its own dates rather than assuming everything ends on Cyber Monday.

Read the "was" price before the percentage

A discount is only as real as the price it is taken from. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission's guidance on price displays covers exactly this. A "was" price can be misleading if the product was not sold at that price for a reasonable period right before the sale began, and comparing against a recommended retail price the product was never actually sold at is a problem for the same reason. The same guidance notes that a "sale" price which runs for an extended period has effectively become the normal price.

In practice:

  • Compare the final price, not the percentage. Forty percent off a price the mattress rarely sells at can leave you paying what twenty percent off costs at another time of year.
  • Note the price before the sale starts. If you are reading this in October or early November, open the product page for the size you want and note the price. That is the number to compare the Black Friday price against.
  • Check the size you are actually buying. A headline offer may be quoted on one size. The saving on a king can be very different from the saving on a double.

Percentage off, dollars off and bundles

The shape of an offer changes who it suits.

  • A percentage off grows with the price, so it is worth more on larger sizes and on the more expensive model in a range.
  • A fixed dollar amount off is the same on every size, so in percentage terms it is worth more on a single or a double than on a king.
  • A bundle — pillows, a protector, a base — is only a saving if you would have bought those items anyway, at a price you would have paid. Work out what the mattress costs on its own before counting the extras.
  • A minimum spend can push you towards a larger size or an add-on you did not plan to buy. Check the threshold against the thing you actually want.

What a sale should not change

The things that protect you after you buy — the home trial, the warranty and the return process — matter more than the discount, and they are the easiest to lose track of in a sale.

  • The sleep trial. Read the offer's terms for anything that shortens the trial or removes it for sale orders. A trial is a brand's own policy rather than a legal right, so what the terms say is what you get.
  • Returns under a trial. Check who pays to collect the mattress if you send it back, whether a donation or collection fee applies, and whether your postcode is covered.
  • The warranty. The warranty on a discounted mattress should be the same warranty. If the terms say otherwise, that belongs in your price comparison.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law do not shrink in a sale. The ACCC is explicit that a business cannot rely on a "no refunds on sale items" policy to deny a repair, replacement or refund for a faulty product. Change-of-mind returns are different: they are not a legal right, but if a business has a change-of-mind policy — which is what a sleep trial is — it has to follow it.

Delivery around the sale

Delivery estimates can stretch while a sale is running. If you need the mattress by a particular date — before guests arrive, before Christmas, before a move — check the delivery estimate for your postcode at checkout rather than assuming the usual timeframe applies. The same goes for removal of an old mattress, where it is offered.

Choose the mattress first, then the offer

A discount cannot fix a mattress that is the wrong firmness or the wrong support for how you sleep, and a trial return in January costs time even when it is free. Decide what you need first, then look at which offers apply to it.

Common questions

Does every mattress brand run a Black Friday sale?

Not necessarily, and not over the same dates. If a brand we review has not published an offer, it does not appear in the list above. It can still appear in the rankings, at its regular price.

Are Black Friday prices the lowest of the year?

We cannot tell you that, and we would be wary of anyone who says it confidently — it would take a record of every price the mattress has sold at. What you can check is whether the offer beats the price the same mattress sold at in the weeks before the sale.

Why is an offer I saw elsewhere not listed here?

Either it is for a mattress we do not review, or we have not been able to confirm it on the brand's or retailer's own website yet. Offers are added once they are published there, not before.

Does buying through these links cost more?

No. Links to brands may earn us a commission when you buy; it comes from the brand and does not change the price you pay. How commission affects this site is set out on our About Us page.
